The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we work with a mould dedicated to the model. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of multi-coat lacquer or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Kale, Arhavi area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Kale, Arhavi area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Multi-coat lacquer panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.

The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Kale, Arhavi are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.

Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Kale, Arhavi leave properly stacked.
