The panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of multi-coat lacquer or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Derecik, Ulus area as a ready panel.

We supply the Derecik, Ulus area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.

The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Derecik, Ulus are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.

Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Derecik, Ulus leave with protective interleaving.
