Diyarbakır OIZ forms the production backbone of the region. We produce upholstered chair panels for furniture manufacturers, workshops and contract projects in the Fatih, Bağlar area. Wood veneer, lacquer and upholstery options are available, each produced with a mould dedicated to your model.

The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of multi-coat lacquer or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Fatih, Bağlar area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Fatih, Bağlar area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.

The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Fatih, Bağlar are packed for container or truck loading.

At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Fatih, Bağlar leave with protective interleaving.
