We supply the Arabük, Çermik area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Arabük, Çermik are palletised with protective interleaving.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Arabük, Çermik leave properly stacked.

Once the model is approved, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
