We supply the Ortaşar, Çınar area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. PVC-wrapped panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Ortaşar, Çınar are packed for container or truck loading.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Ortaşar, Çınar leave palletised.
