We supply the Hamzalı, Kulp area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Multi-coat lacquer panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Hamzalı, Kulp are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Hamzalı, Kulp leave palletised.
Products we supply to this area

Once the model is approved, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The lead time is committed in writing when the order is confirmed.
