We supply the Üçdamlar, Lice area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Painted panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Üçdamlar, Lice are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Üçdamlar, Lice leave palletised.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
After sample approval, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The lead time is committed in writing when the order is confirmed.
