Lacquered panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Çamlıca, Tortum are packed for container or truck loading.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Çamlıca, Tortum leave palletised.
