The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. In the Turkish market it is usually produced flat and uniform; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of multi-coat lacquer or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Nadir, Darende area as an assembly-ready part.

We supply the Nadir, Darende area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Nadir, Darende are palletised with protective interleaving.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Nadir, Darende leave palletised.
