We supply the Taştepe, Pütürge area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Multi-coat lacquer panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Taştepe, Pütürge are palletised with protective interleaving.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Taştepe, Pütürge leave palletised.
Products we supply to this area
Between 300 and 1,000 pieces depending on the panel type. On first orders we are flexible on quantity.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
