The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Yeni, Kavaklıdere are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.

On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Yeni, Kavaklıdere leave with protective interleaving.
