We supply the Alpaslan, Çiftlik area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Alpaslan, Çiftlik are packed for container or truck loading.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Alpaslan, Çiftlik leave with protective interleaving.

Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The lead time is committed in writing when the order is confirmed.
