The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up.
