We supply the Karateke, Söğütlü area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Painted panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Karateke, Söğütlü are palletised with protective interleaving.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Karateke, Söğütlü leave palletised.
