Lacquered panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Esentepe, Ulaş are palletised with protective interleaving.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Esentepe, Ulaş leave properly stacked.
Products we supply to this area
Between 300 and 1,000 pieces depending on the panel type. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
