We supply the Birlik, Almus area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Painted panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Birlik, Almus are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Birlik, Almus leave palletised.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. We confirm the shipping date in writing at order confirmation.
