The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Zeytinli, Sürmene are palletised with protective interleaving.

At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Zeytinli, Sürmene leave palletised.
