We supply the Tansu, Muradiye area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Painted panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Tansu, Muradiye are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Tansu, Muradiye leave properly stacked.
Products we supply to this area
It ranges from 300 to 1,000 pieces depending on the product family. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
Once the model is approved, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The lead time is committed in writing when the order is confirmed.
