The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time.
