We supply the Konaklı, Çermik area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Multi-coat lacquer panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Konaklı, Çermik are packed for container or truck loading.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Konaklı, Çermik leave properly stacked.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
Once the model is approved, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
